At Countryside Knowledge Park, we believe in nurturing not just the academic growth of our students but also their personal well-being. On Sunday, 25th August 2024, we hosted a special interactive session exclusively for our adolescent girls titled “Personal Hygiene for Adolescent Girls.” The session was led by Devenita Naorem, a Nursing Officer from Apollo Hospital, Delhi, who brought her vast experience and knowledge to our campus.
During the session, Devenita emphasized the importance of personal hygiene, particularly during adolescence—a critical period of physical and emotional changes. She provided practical tips and valuable insights to help our girls take better care of themselves. The session also touched on the significance of mental well-being with the encouraging message: “Take care of your mind and be kind to yourself.”
Our girls engaged actively, asking questions and sharing their thoughts, making it a truly enriching experience. This session is a part of our ongoing commitment at CKP to support the overall development of our students, ensuring they grow up to be confident, healthy, and self-aware individuals. We are grateful to Devenita Naorem for her time and dedication to this cause, and we look forward to organizing more such sessions that empower our students in every aspect of their lives.
